Ingredients

  • 5.75 cup dashi broth

Steps

  1. Bring dashi broth to a gentle simmer.
  2. Dissolve miso paste with a little hot broth, then stir back into the pot.

  4. Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced scallion.
